نامه دانش آموزان ایران خطاب به سازمان‌ها و نهادهای بین المللی حوزه کودک

به گزارش خبرگزاری شبستان به نقل از بسیج دانش‌آموزی، دانش آموزان جمهوری اسلامی ایران خطاب به سازمان ها و نهادهای بین المللی مسئول حوزه کودک و نوجوان و ملت های آزاده جهان نامه ای منتشر کردند، متن این پیام به شرح زیر است:

بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم

امروز و در این ایام، جهان بشریت در آزمونی بزرگ قرار گرفته است. آزمونی که عیار شرافت، انسانیت و حقانیت‌اش را با محکی از جنس خون کودکان و مادران سنجیده می‌شود و در این امتحان تاریخی، جهانی در خاموشی فرو رفته و فطرت انسانی خویش را در زیر اجساد کودکان و زنان بیگناه مدفون ساخته است و چنین است که دولتی جنایتکار و رژیمی خونخوار و وحشی، جنایتها می‌کند، خونها می‌ریزد، آوارگی می‌سازد اما کسی را در این کره خاکی اراده مقابله با آن نیست. 

سکوت سازمانهای بین المللی علی‌رغم تمامی پروتکلها، کنوانسیون‌ها، معاهدات و پیمان‌نامه‌ها همچون بند ۴ ماده ٢ منشور ملل متحد و ماده ۱۸ میثاق بین‌المللی حقوق مدنی و سیاسی و ماده ۳ و ۲۷ کنوانسیون چهارم ژنو" و نیز "ماده ۶ و ۳۹ کنوانسیون حقوق کودک" نسبت به جنایات وحشیانه دولت جنایت کار آمریکا و رژیم کودک کش صهیونیستی به هیچ بهانه‌ و دلیلی پذیرفته نیست! آیا خون هزاران کودک و زن بیگناه در غزه، لبنان و اکنون ایران بهای مناسبی برای کنش و اقدام شما را ندارد؟

چگونه در مقابل هیولایی ساکت مانده‌اید که دشمن تمام‌عیار علم،آزادی،صلح و به عبارتی تمامی جوانب بشر است؟ او که جز خون‌ریزی و جنایت چیزی‌ نمی‌شناسد، دانشمندان را می‌کشد تا علم را کشته باشد، دانش‌آموزان و کودکان را می‌کشد تا آینده را کشته باشد، اویی که می‌کشد تا انسانیت و زندگی را کشته باشد، چگونه این جنایات را با انفعال پاسخ می‌دهید؟ 

آیا وقت آن نرسیده است تا از پوسته‌ی پوسیده‌ و بی‌اثر ابراز نگرانی و پیامها و توییتهای چندخطی خارج شده و جهان به همت آزادگان و حق طلبان در برابر ظلم و جنایتهای وحشیانه انسان‌نماهای گرگ صفت بایستد و رقم زننده پایان این تاریکی و جنون باشد؟ هنگام آن فرا نرسیده که مدعیان و زمام‌داران حقوق بشر در این عالم برای برقراری صلح و آرامش در جهان برخاسته و کارآمدی و وظیفه حقیقی خود را ایفا نمایند؟

جهان از سیاست‌های دوگانه و نژاد پرستانه سیاستمداران و صاحبان قدرت، قلم و رسانه خسته شده است؛ آنانی که جهان و اهالی اش را فقط تمدن و اهالی غرب دانسته و با فراموشی جنایتهای سفاکانه در طول تاریخ از سرخ‌پوستان آفریقا و سیاهپوستان گرفته تا ویتنام و عراق و فلسطین و اکنون در تراژدی کابوس وار تهران مهر خاموشی بر لب گرفته و بی توجه به جنایات صورت گرفته به دنبال شستن خون مظلوم از دستان رئیس‌جمهور فاسدامریکا و رژیم غاصب و اشغالگر هستند و در هنگامه تصویب قطعنامه‌ ها در راستای مقابله با این جنایتها، با خیانت به انسانیت، اراده جهانی را وتو و به سخره می‌گیرند.

در این شرایط بحرانی که کرامت و جان نوع بشر در حال تهدید توسط این فرد جنایتکار و غده سرطانی است برای حفظ کودکان هم که شده لازم است تا شورای امنیت، دیوان کیفری بین‌المللی، کمیته حقوق کودک سازمان ملل، یونیسف و همه‌ی نهادهای بین المللی مسئول برای حمایت از کودکان و دانش‌آموزان تحت ستم این دولت و رژیم و حامیانش به کنش و اقدام فوری و مناسب بپردازند تا بیش از این جهان به نظاره‌ی جنایتهای بیشتر از سمت دولت آمریکا و رژیم صهیونیستی ننشیند. 

اما صحبتی با ملت‌های آزاده سراسر جهان:

هیهات که ما سر تسلیم در برابر تجاوز متجاوز فرود آوریم که مرگ برای ما از این ذلت شایسته تر است و به جهانیان اعلام می‌نماییم که در این مجال در طرف درست تاریخ بایستید که سرنوشت کودک کشان چیزی جز نابودی نخواهد بود.

براستی که در سرانجام و پایان این قائله، فتح از آن مظلوم خواهد بود و یک جهان غرق شدن فرعونیان را به نظاره خواهند نشست که این وعده خداوند یکتاست. خدایی که می‌میراند و زنده میکند، و او بر هر چیزی تواناست.

Complaint of Iranian Students Regarding Organized Crimes Against the Leader of the Revolution and the Oppressed Students of Iran

In an era when presidents and political elites of several countries were exposed in the quagmire of moral corruption and the scandals of Epstein Island, only the Leader of Iran embodied the standards of humanity and divine ethics within the fabric of governance; a Leader who, with steadfastness and faith, stood against structures of oppression and organized crime against humanity, upholding the boundaries of humanity. The wise Leader of the Islamic Revolution of Iran.

By supporting oppressed nations, he raised the banner of justice against neo-colonialism and global hegemony, preserving Iran's independence as a sacred heritage. The enemies of Islamic Iran, aware of the fundamental and guiding role of this divine leader in the awakening of nations, finally in a military and terrorist action, on March 9, 1404 (February 28, 2026, coinciding with Ramadan 10, 1447), through a direct and savage attack, martyred him along with members of his family—a martyrdom that was the long-held wish of this great man of history.

This anti-human and anti-sanctity act explicitly violates Article 4 of Paragraph 2 of the UN Charter and constitutes a blatant breach of the principle of the prohibition of the threat or use of force. The Government of the United States of America and its affiliated proxy forces in the region, including the fake Israeli regime, by violating the territorial integrity of the Islamic Republic and assassinating Iran's highest political and religious authority, have committed the crime of aggression, violation of national sovereignty, and a gross violation of international law.

The assassination of Ayatollah Khamenei is a grave insult to the world's religious figures, which, according to Article 18 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, constitutes a blatant violation of the right to freedom of religion and belief. This crime has not only plunged millions of Muslims into mourning but has also wounded their sentiments, inciting global hatred and anger, which is contrary to Article 20 of the same Covenant. Furthermore, this action constitutes a violation of obligations under the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Crimes against Internationally Protected Persons (1973); a convention that considers leaders and heads of state as persons enjoying immunity and special protection.

Based on the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations (1961), attacking or assassinating diplomatic and political officials is a clear example of violating international rules and blatant aggression, and such an action can be considered incitement to war and armed attack, justifying the right to legitimate defense of the Iranian nation.

In the continuation of this series of crimes, the direct and targeted attack on a school in Minab city and other schools and educational centers, which has so far led to the massacre of more than 168 students and a large number of innocent civilians, is a clear manifestation of war crimes and crimes against humanity. According to Articles 48 and 51 of the First Additional Protocol to the Geneva Conventions (1977), the fundamental principle of distinction between military and civilian objectives is inviolable; attacking schools and public gatherings is not a military error, but a planned crime against children and the future of humanity.

This tragedy is also a blatant violation of the Convention on the Rights of the Child (1989), which obligates governments to ensure the security of children during armed conflicts. The martyrdom of hundreds of teenagers in an educational environment is an indelible stain on the history of human conscience.

Therefore, we, the Iranian students, as rights holders and direct victims of these crimes, demand that the United Nations, the Human Rights Council, and the International Criminal Court take immediate and effective action to prosecute and definitively convict the perpetrators and masterminds of these attacks as war

criminals.

We call upon the international community to break the silence, replace politics with the standard of justice, and build a world where the blood of children and justice-seeking leaders never goes unanswered.

This cry has risen from the hearts of teenagers who will never forget the oppression of the corrupt global regimes.
