به گزارش خبرنگار خبرگزاری شبستان از گیلان، کارگروه بانوان کمیته فرهنگی و آموزشی ستاد اربعین استان گیلان و امور بانوان ستاد عتبات عالیات گیلان، به مناسبت شهادت خانم دکتر نصرت افتخاری، بیانیه‌ای به زبان فارسی و انگلیسی صادر کرد. در متن این بیانیه آمده است:
بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم
«وَلْیَکُن مِّنکُمْ أُمَّةٌ یَدْعُونَ إِلَی الْخَیْرِ وَیَأْمُرُونَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَیَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ الْمُنکَرِ»
بیانیه کارگروه بانوان کمیته فرهنگی و آموزشی به مناسبت شهادت خانم دکتر نصرت افتخاری؛ تجلیل از پیوند وحدت‌بخش فرهنگی و مذهبی
با یاد جاویدان شهیدانی که خونشان، مرزهای تبعیض را از میان می‌برد و جاده‌های وحدت را می‌سازد.
امروز که با شهادت خانم دکتر نصرت افتخاری، نه تنها با از دست رفتن یک قهرمان، بلکه با شاهدان در شکسته شدن دیوارهای جدایی میان اقوام و مذاهب هستیم، بر آنیم تا یاد و خاطره ایشان را در چارچوب «فرهنگ وحدت» بازخوانی کنیم. شهادت این بزرگوار، در حقیقت، تجلی پیوند مقدس میان «ایمان مذهبی» و «اصالت قومی» است؛ پیوندی که در آن، هویت ملی در آغوش دین و مذهب، و ایثار قومی در مسیر حقیقت مذهبی، به کمال می‌رسد.
شهیده نصرت افتخاری با ایثار خویش، به ما آموخت که تفاوت‌های قومی، ابزاری برای جدایی نیست، بلکه آرایشی برای زیبایی پیکره واحد امت است. ما در کارگروه بانوان کمیته فرهنگی و آموزشی استان گیلان، با تجدید میثاق با خون‌های پاک این ایثارگران، بر این باوریم که تنها از مسیر «فرهنگ وحدت‌بخش» و فراتر رفتن از نگاه‌های جزئی‌نگر، می‌توان به امنیت اجتماعی و ثبات مذهبی دست یافت.
از درگاه خداوند متعال، مسئلت داریم که سایه ایثارگران را بر سر اقوام و مذاهب مستدام بدارد و ما را در مسیر تبدیل تفاوت‌ها به توانمندی‌های اجتماعی، یاری فرماید.

Statement by the Women’s Working Group of the Cultural and Educational Committee
On the occasion of the martyrdom of Dr. Nosrat Eftekhari: Honoring the Unity-Building Bond between Culture and Religion
In memory of the eternal martyrs whose blood dissolves the boundaries of discrimination and paves the paths of unity.
Today, with the martyrdom of Dr. Nosrat Eftekhari, we witness not only the loss of a hero but also the crumbling of the walls that separate ethnicities and religions. We aim to re-examine her legacy through the lens of the "Culture of Unity." The martyrdom of this great figure is, in essence, a sacred manifestation of the bond between "religious faith" and "ethnic identity"—a bond where national identity is embraced by religion, and ethnic sacrifice reaches perfection through the path of religious truth.
Through her martyrdom, Dr. Nosrat Eftekhari taught us that ethnic diversities are not tools for division, but rather adornments that beautify the unified body of the Ummah. We, at the Women’s Working Group of the Cultural and Educational Committee of Gilan Province, while renewing our pledge to the pure blood of these martyrs, affirm that only through a "unity-building culture" and by moving beyond narrow-minded perspectives, can we achieve social security and religious stability.
We beseech Almighty God to sustain the influence of these martyrs over all ethnicities and religions, and to guide us in transforming diversity into social empowerment.
